• Valid United States Identification (Driver's License, Passport, Work Permit, Green Card)

• Social Security Card (seniors and dependents)

• Birth certificate of dependents.

• W2 or 1099-Misc (expense receipts)

• All the forms you receive (study expenses or loans, 1095 A (obama care), bank interest, IRS interest, debt cancellation, etc.)
